Server Events
Create server events that automatically create mirrored Discord scheduled events. Each event can automatically create a forum or text channel, and events can be pinned to the bottom of channels for constant visibility.
Automatic Discord Scheduled Events

Automatic Channel Creation
Choose to automatically create either a forum channel or text channel for each event. Perfect for event discussions and coordination.
Pinned Events
Pin events to the bottom of channels like a sticky message, ensuring they're always visible to members.
Timezone Conversion
View all events in your local timezone using the /events command. Perfect for international servers!
/eventsList all upcoming server events. Shows events converted to your local timezone.
/events timezone:America/New_YorkView events in a specific timezone (e.g., America/New_York, Europe/Amsterdam, UTC).
/events all:trueInclude past events in the list.

Event Management
Edit, delete, or toggle pinned status for events directly from the dashboard. All changes are automatically synced to Discord.
1. Create Event
Create an event in the dashboard with all the details. The system automatically creates a Discord scheduled event and the chosen channel type.
2. Automatic Setup
Discord scheduled event is created and appears in your server's events list. The channel (forum or text) is automatically created and linked to the event.
3. Pinned Visibility
If enabled, a pinned message is automatically posted at the bottom of the channel, ensuring the event is always visible like a sticky message.
4. Member Access
Members can use /events to see all events with automatic timezone conversion to their local time.
Best Practices
- Use forum channels for events that need discussion threads
- Use text channels for simpler events or announcements
- Enable pinning for important events that need constant visibility
- Set clear start and end times to help members plan
- Add location information for in-person or external events
