In the order you should try them: the place where people answer, the place where the answer is already written down, and the ways to reach us if neither one helps.

Ask in the support server

Staff and other server owners read the same channels. Most questions turn out to be about a setting that already exists, and those are answered in a message or two.

  • Staff and community in the same channels
  • Screenshots and settings can go straight into the thread
  • Answers stay searchable for the next person
  • Outages and releases are posted there first

Docs

Read the documentation

Every module has a page: what it does, which settings it has, and what happens once you switch it on. Start here when you want to know how something works rather than why it broke.

  • A page per module, with every setting named
  • Step-by-step guides for the larger setups
  • The full command reference
  • Searchable with Ctrl+K

Still stuck?

If the answer is not in the documentation and not on the board, ask in the Discord server. That is where the people who can look at your server are.
