• Modora Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for premium services in the last 12 months
• You use the Service at your own risk
• We are not responsible for third-party integrations or Discord's actions

Either party may terminate these Terms:

• You may stop using the Service at any time
• We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations
• We may discontinue the Service with reasonable notice
• Upon termination, your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy
