When the Modora team publishes a changelog, it is copied to the channel you pick. This is about Modora's updates, not about writing a changelog for your own server.
Dashboard → your server → Changelog. Two settings: the channel it is posted in, and optionally a role that gets mentioned each time.
Warning
Only a server with the module on and a channel set receives anything. Leave either one empty and the post is skipped without an error.
A member who would rather get it in a DM can use /changelog follow, /changelog unfollow and /changelog status. That is a personal setting and works whether or not the module is on in the server.

/changelog unfollowStop receiving those DMs.
/changelog statusSee whether you are currently following.
