These modules all collect something from your members. They do not share settings and each has its own page in the Modules menu under Support.
Members do not have a command. You build an embed in the dashboard and send it to a channel; it carries a submit button that opens a form. The button refuses to work while the module is off.
Settings: the channel suggestions land in, a thread per suggestion, approval before it is posted, anonymous submissions, letting members edit their own, auto-close after 1 to 365 days, categories, the roles allowed to submit, and channels to ignore.
A suggestion is open, approved, denied, implemented or closed. Changing the status can carry a reason up to 500 characters, and the embed in Discord is edited to match.
The Reports module handles two streams: bugs and ideas. Each has its own switch, its own channel and its own panel. It sits at Modules menu, Support, Reports.
Same pattern as Suggestions. You build a panel embed per stream and send it to a channel. It carries a Report a Bug or Submit an Idea button that opens a form.
Statuses are open, in review, approved, denied, fixed, implemented and closed. A separate overview page shows the counts.
A member may have up to 100 open reports (default 5) and waits 1 to 1440 minutes between them (default 10). Reports auto-close after 1 to 365 days if you want them to.
Voting can be switched on, with an auto-approve threshold of 1 to 1000 votes. Threads, public visibility, automatic staff assignment, staff notifications and pinging the reporter are each their own switch.
Four role lists: who may submit, who counts as staff, who counts as a moderator, and who may open the overview.
Warning
This is not /report. That command reports an account to the Modora Team, and /report-server reports a whole server. Neither has anything to do with your server's own reports.
For servers that run support in Discord forum channels instead of tickets. You list the forum channels it applies to.
Tags you pick are added to every new thread in those channels. Discord allows at most 5 tags on a post, so tags that already sit on the thread are kept and the list is cut at five.
Optionally the first reply that is not from the person who opened the thread is logged to a channel, so you can see when a thread was actually picked up.
Threads can be closed automatically after 0 to 365 days. That sweep runs once a day, not the moment the clock runs out.
Danger
Reviews shows up in the module catalogue, but there is nothing behind it right now: no dashboard page, no settings, and no command. There is no /review command in the bot.
If you want structured feedback today, use Suggestions or Reports. Both post to a channel and both keep a status.
