Signal Registry
How the registry worksRadar reads what is being posted right now. The registry answers the other question a moderator has: has this account already been a problem somewhere else, and who says so.
Every entry is carried by evidence from a party willing to be named as its source. A source counts once however often it repeats itself, a reporter with something to gain counts for half, and everything expires on its own unless a person decides otherwise. A server asks the registry and applies its own policy to the answer.
Counts only. The registry never publishes who is on it: the only person who can read a dossier in full is the account it is about.
