Where it lives

Modules menu, Engagement, Sticky Messages. The dashboard page and the /sticky command work on the same notes.

Settings and limits

  • Trigger count: how many messages have to pass before the note is reposted. 1 to 50.
  • Cooldown: the shortest gap between two reposts, in seconds. Up to 3600. The lowest you can go is 10 seconds, or 3 on a premium server.
  • Message text up to 2000 characters. As an embed: title up to 256, description up to 4096, plus thumbnail, image, footer and author.
  • Variants let you store several versions of the text so the same note does not read identically every time.
  • Active hours run from a start to an end time in HH:MM, in a timezone you set. Outside that window the note stays quiet.
  • Trigger roles and ignore roles decide whose messages count. Bots can be ignored entirely.
  • A note can post into a different channel than the one it is watching, and can be sent through a webhook.
